President Donald Trump ripped into President Joe Biden for his latest foreign policy failures during a rally in Schnecksville, Pennsylvania on Saturday, on the same day that Iran launched a drone strike on Israel. Trump promised that he would restore peace through strength, saying that the attack never would have happened if he were president.
"We will return the world to peace through strength. I will revive American strength abroad and we will restore American strength at home," Trump told the massive crowd.
"America prays for Israel. We send our absolute support to everyone in harm's way. This is an attack that would not have happened," Trump said.
Trump addressed several different points about Biden’s policies in office such as soft border security policies and the “Green New Scam,” referring to the amount of green energy initiatives that the Biden administration has taken.
Iran's attack was in response to airstrikes that hit the Iranian Embassy in Damascus earlier in April, per their UN counsel. Waves of drones were launched from Iran in order to carry out the attack.
“Israel is under attack! This should never have been allowed to happen - This would NEVER have happened if I were President" Trump said on Truth Social after the attack.
Trump's remarks were met with chants of USA from the crowd as well as "We love Trump!"
Roars of "We want Trump!" were also chanted by the crowd in Pennsylvania.
During his remarks, Trump also challenged Biden to a debate. Trump has called out the incumbent president about the subject more and more recently.
"I’m calling on Crooked Joe Biden to debate, anytime, anywhere, any place!" he told the crowd.
In a recent letter to the Commission on Presidential Debates co-chairs Frank Fahrenkopf Jr. and Antonia Hernandez, the Trump campaign demanded more frequent and earlier debates against Biden.
Later in the speech, Trump focused on national security again and told the crowd that when he was president the enemies to the US respected him because they were afraid of him.
Adding to this line of reasoning further, Trump said that he will be able to "prevent World War III" after winning the presidency.
