Well, it’s that time of year again. Time to emerge from behind the curtain, shake the virtual tip jar, and ask for a little help keeping this operation running. I launched Rantingly in August 2017 as an alternative to the Drudge Report. More than nine years and 200,000 articles later, I’m still running the entire operation solo, seven days a week, 365 days a year. I generally only take time off when it’s physically impossible for me to be at my computer.

Last year, in late September and early October, I reached out to readers for help keeping Rantingly afloat. Your generosity was overwhelming, and those donations helped keep the site going for another year. I can’t thank you enough! Unfortunately, advertising revenue alone doesn’t always pay the bills. Between hosting, maintenance, and everyday operating expenses, your support makes a real difference. Rantingly has always been free. No subscriptions, no paywalls, and I intend to keep it that way.
